Clinell PAA Wipes are inactive when they are dry. Adding water to the wipes generates peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide, both of which are powerful oxidative agents with activity against a broad spectrum of microorganisms.
Cold water should be used to activate the wipes to prevent the formation of fumes from the chemical reaction when in contact with water.
Always wear suitable PPE before handling and activating the wipes.
