Measuring the CADR is more insightful and useful that just measuring the amount of air flowing - the CADR is based on how fast the air flows through the filter, and how effective the filters are. Therefore, the CADR will be dependant on the size of the room or space in which it is being used.

Units which have a high air flow rate, but poor filtration efficacy will result in a lower CADR. Similarly, units which have a low flow rate but high filtration efficacy will also feature a low CADR. Our Rediair units have a CADR of up to 600m³ per hour.
